During the years, I have tried multiple hair regimens. Some I thought were great, until they weren't. Some just would not work with my goals and lifestyle. Before I share my current staple hair regimen that has been proven to help me retain length, I want to let you know my hair goals and the type of natural I am. My current hair goal is a healthy bra strap length then waist length after. Also, I must state that I am a natural that likes to do silk presses. It helps me help me track my length and also keep my ends healthy. I noticed as well that keeping up with silk presses and being a natural that enjoys stretched out natural hair styles, helps me retain moisture in my hair. My hair is much softer. I don't struggle with dryness or single strand knots the way I used to when I first began my hair journey. Now onto my hair regimen.
